Our Volunteer Ushers

They make all the difference! We absolutely love our dedicated team of ushers who come in and support our shows and help our audiences to their seat. Ushers get to see the show for free and play an extremely important role of their own here at the Playhouse.

Usher Responsibilities:

• Take a quick look over the auditorium to make sure there is no trash left from a previous performance.
• Help stuff inserts into playbills if needed.
• Greet guests and show them to their seats.
• Make sure the doors are opened at intermission and be on hand to help point guests to the restrooms, sell raffle tickets, or any other intermission needs.
• Once intermission is over, you are welcome to leave, however, a major perk of ushering is getting to see the show free of charge!

Whether you can help us usher all year long, or just in the summer … two or three shows a week or only one show a month, we appreciate our ushers and rely on your help and support.
