Perfectly complementing our CRANK THE HEAT: Winter Band Series, we are thrilled to invite you to an evening of sparkling winter magic at the inaugural Fire & Ice Festival, taking place February 20 and 21—the ultimate après-ski celebration in the White Mountains.

Step outside and wander among glowing ice sculptures, sip specialty cocktails at our ice bars, try the Ice Luge, and enjoy curated appetizers beneath the winter sky, all while the music of WOODEN HORSE fills the air. Performing the iconic songs of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and America, the band will be projected outdoors to keep the energy flowing throughout the grounds. Then head inside to warm up with additional hors d’oeuvres and experience the performance live in our theatre, complete with immersive, concert-style lighting and sound.

Whether you’re wrapping up a day on the slopes or simply embracing winter in the North Country, this is the night to celebrate in true après-ski style. Bundle up, raise a glass, and join us for the hottest event during the coldest months of the season.

Your ticket includes:

Access to the outdoor festival area, featuring ice sculptures, magical lighting, and a projected and amplified live feed of the band—plus more winter surprises.
Three tokens redeemable for drinks and hors d’oeuvres (additional tokens will be available for purchase at the event).
A reserved seat inside the theatre, allowing you to enjoy as much of the live performance as you’d like.

Please note: If you prefer to attend WOODEN HORSE only and not participate in the Fire & Ice Festival, you may purchase a standard concert ticket—just like any other CRANK THE HEAT: Winter Band Series show. This option does not include access to specialty cocktails, food, or the outdoor festival experience.

How long is the show?

For this special event, you can come and go as you please! Outdoor activities will start at roughly 7:00, with the band starting at 7:30. The outdoor activites and performance are guaranteed to go for two 1-hour sets, with one 15-minute intermission. However, if it’s a good crowd, you never know how long the band will play!

What time should I arrive?

If you plan to spend much of the time watching the band live, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before showtime. The auditorium opens 30 minutes before the performance, and our bar opens one hour prior. Lines at the bar can be long, so allow extra time if you plan to purchase food or drinks. Please also keep in mind that Main Street in Lincoln can be busy during peak vacation periods, and local restaurants may have long waits—plan accordingly.

As this is a special event, you can arrive whenever you’d like, enjoy the outdoor area, head inside, come back out, etc.

What happens if I arrive late?

Our Band Series are a bit more laid back than our theatre shows. Audience tends to wonder in and out.

What happens if I purchase tickets, but then something comes up?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. In special cases, we may be able to exchange your tickets for another performance for a small fee. Alternatively, you may choose to convert your tickets into a donation.

Are there any discounts or special deals for this show?

Military Discount: We offer a 10% discount for current and former members of the military.
NH Residents Night: On Friday nights during our Mainstage Theatre Series, New Hampshire residents can purchase $35 tickets with a valid NH license or second home owner utility bill. These tickets must be purchased in person at the Box Office and are subject to availability.
Group Rates: Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more. Please contact the Box Office for details.
Encore Alliance Membership: Members often get reduced ticket pricing, along with early access, priority seating, and other benefits, depending on their level.

How accessible is this show?

Our parking lot includes 4 handicap spaces and a convenient drop-off location by the front entrance with a ramp.
The lobby, restrooms, and Row F seating are all on the same level—no stairs required.
We offer two wheelchair spaces in Row F, each with a companion seat.
Restrooms include a private, handicap-accessible stall with a locking door.
ADA Listening Devices are available through your smartphone and earbuds, or a Bluetooth-enabled hearing aid. Our staff will be happy to assist you with setup upon arrival.
