Box Office Hours

Box Office hours vary throughout the year, but we are always open at least two hours before any scheduled event.

  • During our Summer Hours (beginning in June), the Box Office is open Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
  • After Labor Day, hours shift to Fridays and Saturdays from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

Please note that we take select holiday weeks off during the year, and again, we are always open 2 hours before any scheduled event.

For the most up-to-date schedule, call the Box Office at 603-745-2141.

Refund / Ticket Policy

Barring weather-related and emergency cancellations, all single-ticket sales are final and nonrefundable at the time of purchase. Exchanges may be available for a small service fee, depending on the circumstances.

Encore Alliance Members enjoy free exchange privileges and may switch their tickets to another performance by contacting the Box Office in advance—so if your plans change, your tickets can, too!

Snow & Weather Policy

We rarely cancel performances—even for snow—as our community is well-accustomed to harsh weather. In the event of a snow emergency, a decision will be made no later than two hours before curtain. Cancellation notices will be posted on our website and social media, and an email will be sent to all ticket buyers who have provided an email address. Tickets will automatically be refunded.

If the theatre determines the performance will proceed, the “show must go on,” and no refunds will be issued. However, patrons may contact the Box Office to exchange their tickets for another performance or event, subject to availability.

Purchase Online or at the Door

We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance—either in person at the Box Office, over the phone, or online—as events can sell out and most feature reserved seating. Buying early ensures you secure your preferred seating. Unless sold out, tickets are also available for purchase at the door the day of the event.

When a new event goes on sale, you may notice that “Priority Seats” are not immediately available. These seats are reserved first for our Encore Alliance Members and are then released to the general public 60 days before the event.

Tickets & Arrival

When purchasing tickets, you may choose to have them emailed or held at “Will Call.” If you selected Will Call, your tickets will be available for pickup at the Box Office upon arrival.

Our Concessions & Bar opens one hour before curtain, and the Auditorium opens thirty minutes prior. Most performances feature reserved seating, and our ushers are happy to assist you in finding your seats.

Please allow extra time for your visit—traffic on Main Street in Lincoln can be heavy, and local restaurants are often busy before showtime.

Concessions & Bar

Our bar opens one hour before showtime and offers a variety of beverages and snacks, including water, Coke products, seltzer, coffee, tea, beer, wine, spirits with mixers, chips, and candy. For many theatre performances, we also feature a specialty drink themed to the show.

Food and drinks are welcome in the theatre—we simply ask that you dispose of any trash afterward. During theatrical productions, the bar closes after intermission, but for comedians and bands, it often remains open a bit longer. Both cash and cards are accepted.
