What Your Donation Supports

Ticket sales are only a part of what keeps theatre entertainment alive.  As a non-profit arts organization, ticket sales represent only about 50% of what it costs to operate, maintain, and grow programs and performances.  Sponsorships, program advertising, tuitions and grants help — but the most consistent and needed support comes from your donations.

This summer we have the extraordinary opportunity to help us makes ends meet:  the Gessner Family Challenge!

As longtime generous friends to NCCA and Jean’s Playhouse, the contributions of the Gessners have been many:  now, their gift (along with a like amount) has prompted a challenge.  And we’d love your help.  We are charged with raising $20,000 between now and the end of our professional performance season on September 15 — and that amount will be matched, dollar-for-dollar by this incredible Challenge.

Countless audiences and loyal supporters have helped us most when we needed to make ends meet.

And once again, our family has been offered that help:  we’re asking you to join the family and accept the GESSNER FAMILY CHALLENGE today!
